What is a podcast?
Podcasting is a new way of distributing multimedia data such as MP3 files over the internet. The term podcast has been created by combining 'iPod' (brand name of an MP3 player) and 'broadcast'. The audio files can be downloaded directly from the podcast homepage as well as automatically using feeds such as rss. The files can then be transferred to portable music players (such as MP3 players, iPod, etc.) which enables users to listen to the audio shows wherever they want to. PROTEOMICS podcast provides FREE audio sessions in MP3 format produced in the concept of radio shows.

Listening to the shows
Please click on the download link provided for each podcast show to start downloading the MP3 file. You can open this file with MP3 compatible programs/players such as Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, QuickTime or with an iPod.
