Cover: 2D networks of nanowires and nanotubes of β-Ga₂O₃, obtained by exposing a gallium-droplet-covered substrate to hydrogen/oxygen plasma, are shown on the cover and reported in full by Graham and co-workers on p. 576. Individual wires contribute to the whole nanoweb's properties, and nanoweb-based devices are expected to follow.
