Here you will find information on data collections from the field of science, technology and medicine (STM).

The 2007 version of the Mass Spectral Library of Drugs, Poisons, Pesticides, Pollutants and Their Metabolites contains 7840 data sets, among which 1900 data sets have been revised or added. Over 3300 data sets are from metabolites, over 2300 from acetylated, over 1000 from methylated, over 700 from trimethylsilylated, over 400 from trifluoroacetylated, over 200 each from pentafluoropropionylated or heptafluorobutyrylated compounds.

The Designer Drugs 2010 cover the entire range of designer drugs up to December 2009. Carefully compiled by the mass spectral experts at the Regional Departments of Criminal Investigation in Kiel, Hamburg, and Wiesbaden, Germany, this database includes 10,450 chemical compounds and 12,312 mass spectra and chemical structures. Chemical warfare agents, added due to the recent interest in homeland security, are included.

AntiBase 2010, the Natural Compound Identifier, is a comprehensive database than 37,191 natural compounds from micro-organisms and higher fungi. The data in AntiBase have been collected from the primary and secondary literature and then carefully checked and validated. AntiBase includes descriptive data (molecular formula and mass, elemental composition, CAS registry number); physico-chemical data (melting point, optical rotation); spectroscopic data (UV, 13C-NMR, IR and mass spectra); biological data (pharmacological activity, toxicity); information on origin and isolation and a summary of literature sources.

SpecInfo - The Structure Elucidation Engine - is an integrated spectroscopic database, which includes Infrared (IR) Spectra, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectra, and Mass Spectra (MS), represented with the corresponding chemical structures for a representative section of organic chemistry, including organometallic substances. SpecInfo on Wiley InterScience provides desktop access to some of the largest spectral collections: 333,500 13CNMR spectra, 91,450 1HNMR spectra, 42,000 31P; 19F; 29Si; 15N spectra, 86,000 MS, and 30,000 IR spectra.

Today, narcotics, as well as their precursors, subsidiary and degradation products, psychotropics and the separate group of agrochemicals, such as pesticides and insecticides, are in wide use. Alongside 4,563 mass spectra, the invaluable data collection Mass Spectra of Pharmaceuticals and Agrochemicals 2006 provides information on structures, synonyms, systematic nomenclature, molecular weights and formula, as well as experimental conditions.

Mass Spectra of Pesticides 2009 includes 1238 high quality mass spectra of Pesticides such as insecticides, acaroids, nematicides, fungizides, rotendicides, mollucicides and repellents. The mass spectra are unreduced with an average number of peaks > 100. Chemical structure, CAS RN, synonym and systematic name, molecular weight, molecular formula and experimental conditions complete the data record. The pesticides collection is a subset of the Mass Spectra of Pharmaceuticals and Agrochemicals 2006.

Polymers are found everywhere - as adhesives, coatings, foams, packaging materials, textiles and industrial fibers, composites and also in electronic devices, among many others. IR spectra of Industrial Polymers by D. Hummel reflects their importance and groups them by class, such as industrial polymers (volumes 1 to 3) or surfactants. Furthermore you will find IR spectra collections of common organic compounds.
