Nick Reed is Director of the Centre for Personal Construct Psychology in the Department of Psychology and Sports Science, University of Hertfordshire, UK. He has taught and practiced personal construct psychology for over 15 years and has experience of applying PCP in diverse contexts, including organizational change, environmental consultancy, teacher effectiveness, and the training of junior doctors.
