Ian Peate is a Visiting Professor at Northumbria University and Buckinghamshire New University, and a Senior Clinical Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Nursing, and the Consultant Editor of the Journal of Paramedic Practice and the International Journal of Advancing Practice.

Suzanne Evans is a retired Professor of Biomedical Science based in Newcastle, Australia, with expertise in physiology and pharmacology. She brings over 30 years of teaching experience to students of nursing, paramedicine, pharmacy, and medicine, and is committed to supporting future generations of healthcare providers through engaging, accessible learning materials.
