Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics publishes in all areas of polymer science - from chemistry, physical chemistry, and physics of polymers to polymers in materials science. Founded in 1943 by Hermann Staudinger, who received the Nobel Prize in 1953 for his pioneering work in proving the existence of macromolecules, the journal reached this year an Impact Factor of 2.495 (2016 Journal Citation Reports).
