Matthew Dearth (Singapore) is an associate professor at Nanyang Technological University, where he teaches Sustainable Finance to students and professionals, and partners with leading investors such as Cerberus and Manulife to offer hands-on learning experiences within the classroom setting. He is also Managing Director of US-based wealth manager Silvercrest Asset Management and contributes as a member of the firm's ESG Committee. Before moving to Singapore, he was Head of Broker Relations at Marshall Wace North America. Prior to Marshall Wace, he worked at McLagan Partners and the Equities Division of Goldman Sachs as head of the business analysis and strategy team. Matthew received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Princeton University and a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

James Cheo (Singapore) is Chief Investment Officer, Southeast Asia and India, at HSBC spearheading the development of investment strategies across all asset classes for private banking and wealth management clients in the region. Prior to HSBC, he was Senior Investment Strategist at Bank of Singapore where he was responsible for asset allocation and thematic research. Before that, James assumed investment strategist roles at Barclays Wealth Asia and served as a senior economist at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. With his expertise and wealth of experience, his investment views are frequently sought after. He has established a strong media profile, with regular appearances on financial and mainstream media.
