Program, and Director of NYLS's International Mental Disability Law

HENRY A. DLUGACZ is an assistant clinical professor of
psychiatry and behavioral science at New York Medical College. He
is an attorney, psychiatric social worker, and consultant
specializing in mental disability issues.
