Food Risk Assess Europe (FRAE) is an open access journal publishing selected scientific articles from the national food safety agencies of the EU Member States. Published on behalf of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the articles are selected to inform the work of the European risk assessment community for food and feed safety and to leverage the knowledge generated by the national agencies for the benefit of all.
